At Arvzdv, we carefully prepare each order before it is shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are normally processed on business days only. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, periods of unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Free Shipping on Orders $79+

We offer free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $79 or more after discounts and before shipping charges and applicable taxes.

For orders with a merchandise subtotal below $79, applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping applies only to eligible standard shipping methods and destinations.

Shipping promotions may be subject to additional terms when specifically stated on our website.

Shipping Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, and other factors.

The 7–15 business day delivery timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other unexpected events.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Orders placed through Arvzdv are shipped from our fulfillment location in China.

Shipping Address

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs requirements and import procedures vary by country and are outside of Arvzdv's control.

Delivery Delays

Arvzdv is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Customs processing

• Government restrictions

• Transportation interruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Damaged Packages

Our vases and other home décor products may be fragile. We recommend inspecting your package promptly after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• A photo of the shipping label, if available

Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Split Orders

If an order is shipped in multiple packages, the $79 free-shipping threshold applies to the eligible order as a whole rather than to each individual package.
